Originating from the cult science fiction film Pacific Rim , the JG-01 Cherno Alpha is the Russian Jaeger Mark-1, recognizable by its massive, heavy silhouette and unique brutalist design. The first model in the PLAMAX series dedicated to Jaegers, it became iconic due to its imposing appearance and radically different style compared to other units.

The kit is designed using official 3DCG data from the film , allowing for a faithful and detailed reproduction of the original mecha. Color separation and a snap-fit ​​assembly system ensure easy assembly while providing an excellent finished model. The included decals enhance the atmosphere and realism inspired by the film.

An optional extended arm piece is included to recreate an iconic punching pose, and the kit also features an LED lighting unit to recreate the characteristic lighting of the film's night scenes. A must-have for fans of visually striking Jaegers.
